Shipping, Exchanges & Returns


     We understand that it can be nerve wracking to order clothing online when you can't try it on first. That is why we want to you try them out worry free.

  You may exchange or return any unworn Sunny Sleevez purchase for any reason for up to 60 days from date of order for a full refund, including our shipping charge!

  We just ask that you send them back clean & in a resaleable condition, with all tags.

  We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

*International customers please note that whilst we are happy to exchange items we cannot refund the shipping charge and will charge an additional shipping fee for exchanged item.

 You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping- USA

We hate shopping online where you can’t find out what the order is really going to cost until you check out so we like to keep things simple & give a Flat rate for shipping. That’s right no matter how many pairs of Sleevez, Sunny Beadz or any other items you order your shipping cost in only 6
.99! (USA only).


  • Shipping will be with USPS First Class Mail (on average 2-5 business days for USA delivery). We can not be held responsible for the transit time of the post office, on occasion shipments can be delayed after we have handed them off to the USPS.
  • Domestic orders will receive an email with the tracking number.
    • Order status is usually updated within 24 hours of shipment
    • Please be patient during peak mailing seasons.

 Shipping to APO, FPO, or DPO Addresses
Standard Shipping Deliveries may take longer--up to 21 days for APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.

Shipping  InternationalWe can ship to virtually any address in the world.

Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping time to your location but can in no way guarentee it, unless you pay for international express shipping.

If you need to receive your product urgently or by a certain date - please contact us before placing yor order so that we can be sure you receive it in time.

Standard Shipping Time to Canada


  • Delivery within 7 to 11 business days to most areas, can be up to 16 business days in outlying areas

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

You're responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from SunnySleevez.com, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and can't predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

In the event that your package is subject to tax and it is returned to us due to non-payment of fee this may take several months to be returned to us. A refund will post upon receipt minus  the cost of postage plus a 25% handling fee
