Return/Exchange/Refund Policy  &International Shipping

     We understand that it can be nerve wracking to order clothing online when you can't try it on first. That is why we want to you try them out worry free.

  You may exchange or return any Sunny Sleevez purchase for any reason for up to 60 days from delivery for a full refund, including our shipping charge!

  We just ask that you send them back clean & in a resaleable condition, with all tags.

  (We won't resell worn Sleevez but we may donate them or use them for promo shots)

   We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

 Exchange

We know how important protecting your skin is and want to get your replacement Sleevez to you ASAP.

To speed up the exchange please send us an email (see "Contact") and let us know what size and color you are returning and what size and color you which to exchange for so that we can get your package ready to ship as soon as we receive your returned item(s).

 You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping

We hate shopping online where you can’t find out what the order is really going to cost until you check out so we like to keep things simple & give a Flat rate for shipping. That’s right no matter how many pairs of Sleevez, Sunny Beadz or any other items you order your shipping cost in only 4.99! (USA only), 

  We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

We want to keep things simple for you guys too so charge a flat rate of $9.99
